Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars or tobacco-related items once they have been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Accessories and non-consumable items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically occur within 5–10 business days after approval.


Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post with both Parcel Post and Express Post options available at checkout.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.


Important Shipping Information

To ensure product quality, cigars may be packaged with humidity control (Boveda packs) where appropriate.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

By placing an order with Cigars & Scents, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in Australia.
